Suggested Usage: Typically used to ease pain and swelling, improve skin conditions and oral health.  Can also be used as a natural cleaner.
 
Practical Application: Diffuse (3-4 drops) internally (1 drop in 4 ounces of liquid), massage (with your favorite oil), topically (2-3 drops added to face cream or oil).
 
Note: Do not use oils internally, or topically (undiluted), unless directed by a healthcare professional. Some experience skin sensitivity. Don't allow the oils to have contact with eyes, inner ears or other sensitive areas. Keep out of reach of children.
