Suggested Usage: Typically used to promote wellbeing and energy, ease cold symptoms and improve skin conditions.  Can also be used as a natural cleaner for household surfaces.
 
Practical Application: Diffuse  (3-4 drops), spray: (mix several drops in water and/or oil and use to disinfect or polish), internally (1 drop in 4 ounces of liquid), massage (with your favorite oil), topically (either directly on skin or 2-3 drops applied with oil).
 
Note: Do not use oils internally, or topically (undiluted), unless directed by a healthcare professional. Some experience skin sensitivity. Don't allow the oils to have contact with eyes, inner ears or other sensitive areas. Keep out of reach of children. Before utilizing the oils, it is best to consult your physician if you are pregnant, nursing or already under a doctor's care.
