Suggested Usage: Typically used to balance mood, decrease blood pressure, and relieve stress.
 
Practical Application: Diffuse (3-4 drops), internally (1 drop in 4 ounces of liquid), massage (with your favorite oil), topically (either directly on skin or 2-3 drops applied with oil).
 
Note: Avoid sunlight for 12 hours after application. Do not use oils internally, or topically (undiluted), unless directed by a healthcare professional. Some experience skin sensitivity. Don't allow the oils to have contact with eyes, inner ears or other sensitive areas. Keep out of reach of children.
