Practical Application:
Massage (1-2 drops directly to the skin or add to oil and put on sore hands, ankles, muscles), diffuse (3-4 drops), Internally (1 drop in 4 ounces of liquid), topically (apply directly to fingernails to strengthen , apply to feet).
Note:
Do not use oils internally, or topically (undiluted), unless directed by a health care professional. Some experience skin sensitivity. Don't allow the oils to have contact with eyes, inner ears or other sensative areas. Keep out of reach of children.
